Allan is one of the original founding partners of Millennium Physical Therapy. Allan’s diverse sports training and physical therapy expertise is a product of his 20 plus years of athletic training and physical therapy experience. Allan has cared for and consulted with every type of athlete, from the amateur to the professional. He has served as a physical therapy consultant for a variety of professional organizations including the New York Islanders, Philadelphia 76er’s, NY/NJ Metro Stars, and New Jersey Nets. Allan is currently actively involved in adolescent and high school sports as a coach, trainer, and physical therapist. Allan maintains hours by appointment in Millennium’s Paramus office.

Michael is one of the original founding partners of Millennium Physical Therapy. Michael has been involved in the profession of physical therapy for 15 years. Michael is an avid skier, swimmer, and adventurer. Michael remains actively involved in skiing, swimming, and is a guitar enthusiast. Michael maintains hours by appointment in Millennium’s Paramus office.

Jessica joined the Millennium team in the Paramus office in 2002. Jessica has 16 years of clinical experience. She is recognized locally as an expert in the rehabilitation of shoulder and elbow injuries. She is an active member of the American Society of Shoulder and Elbow Therapists. Jessica maintains hours by appointment in Millennium’s Paramus and Wayne offices.

Jeffrey joined Millennium Physical Therapy in 2003 with the opening of the Wayne office. He is currently 1 of only 100 Orthopaedic Clinical Specialists in New Jersey that have been Board Certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties of the American Physical Therapy Association. Jeffrey is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Associations New Jersey Chapter, Private Practice Section, Orthopaedic Section, and Sports Medicine Section. Jeffrey volunteers as an internet consultant at www.allexperts.com. Jeffrey maintains patient care hours by appointment in Millennium’s Wayne offices.

Gary joined the Millennium team in 2005 and is actively involved in the practice expansion to the Mahwah office. Gary has over 25 years of physical therapy experience. He has served as Head Athletic Trainer for several high schools in Northern NJ, most recently at St. Joseph’s Regional H.S. in Montvale, whom he accompanied to State Championships in football and baseball. He remains a Sports Medicine Consultant for St. Joe’s. Gary specializes in treating patients with shoulder and elbow problems and has extensive experience in working with young athletes to help them return to competition. Gary maintains hours by appointment in Millennium’s Paramus and Mahwah offices.

She has worked with patients across the life span in a variety of settings including geriatrics, neurology, and oncology. Lisa is a fitness enthusiast and a competitive runner, cyclist, and swimmer. She is an active member of the Lake Iosco Racing Team based out of Wanaque, New Jersey.
