Insurance Accepted
Millennium Physical Therapy is credentialed by Medicare and several commercial insurance carriers. Millennium is also a provider of auto and workers compensation cases. We recognize that today's insurance environment is often complicated and confusing for patients and their families. We work hand-in-hand with our patients to make the insurance process as seamless as possible. If you have a question or concern regarding patient privacy, please address them to your therapist of record at any of our three locations.
